This was actually a hard list for me to create! I’ve truly loved every single concert that I have attended.
|OneRepublic at the Uptown Amphitheater- August 2013|
Imagine Dragons: Night Visions Tour- February 2013
I was able to see Imagine Dragons just as they were truly making it big. Radioactive was just hitting airwaves and only a couple months later they began playing arenas and amphitheaters so I was glad that I was able to see them in a smaller, more intimate venue in Asheville, NC. I even got to meet lead singer Dan Reynolds and drummer Daniel Platzman in the frigid temperatures after the show! Fun fact: we waited in line to get in the venue in 13 degree wind chills and it began to snow on us just before the doors opened. But MAN was that concert worth the cold.
Heart: The Heartbreaker Tour- June 2013
So, if you know me or my mom, you would know that I am basically a carbon copy of my mother. We look alike, we have the same sense of humor, and I even have her love of classic rock. One of my mom’s favorite bands ever is Heart (oooohhh, Barracuda) and last year we were able to splurge and go see them in concert when they rolled through Charlotte. Even better than my mom finally being able to see her favorite band live? The ladies of Heart were on tour with Jason Bonham, son of late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, who has put together The Led Zeppelin Experience…effectively giving not just a Heart concert but the next best thing to a Led Zeppelin concert. In case you were wondering, you have not lived until you’ve seen/heard Ann Wilson belt out Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven.

NSYNC- 3 times between 1999-2000
Yep, my childhood was ruled by NSYNC. I was all about some JC and Lance while my sister was more of a Justin Timberlake kind of girl. Obviously I don’t have pictures or video from this concert so here’s the music video for I Want You Back to get some nostalgia going.
What are you listening to on this Monday?
