Welcome March!

planning // All the Paleo + Whole30 recipes! A friend and I are doing sort of a “Paleo reset” this month (basically eating Paleo for 30 days instead of a technical Whole30 – I’ve been doing Paleo for a few months now but have sort of fallen off the wagon lately) and I am loving the planning process and looking up new recipes to try!

seeing // The light at the end of the tunnel (sort of)! My spring break begins on March 30 and I am beyond ready for a break and some time off to relax!

making // Paleo recipes! Last night’s dinner was a Paleo Buffalo Chicken Pizza and today it’s Pork Carnitas Lettuce Wraps. I love how delicious eating gluten/dairy/grain free can be!

pretending // That it’s already Spring Break…forreal though. This teacher is ready for a break!

wearing // All of the seasons. Let me explain… here in North Carolina, we are blessed with four distinct seasons but sometimes – as is the case here lately – we experience them all within a span of a few days. We’ve had several days spent in the mid-upper 70s that felt positively divine but then we’ve also had some dips back down into the 30s and 40s. The weather just can’t seem to make up it’s mind, which has led to some frustrating moments when deciding what to wear each day.
